“The wine was great. However, I thought I was getting pickup at store, I was a bit shocked when I realised it wasn't and I was hit with a delivery charge even though I did pick it up from a store. Also, I queried it and then responded again to which I got no reply. That has really annoyed me.”

Hi Adrian, Thank you for your review and we are so happy you loved the wine! Unfortunately, store pickup is not a service we currently provide. There is only a delivery option at the checkout online, regardless of what address you enter, whether that's a personal address or a stores address. “Great service from O'Briens ,the only problem I have is with the app ,I found it impossible to search for whiskeys ,the only way I could order whiskey was through an email from obriens advertising a sale on Irish Whiskeys, second time ordering from the app .Correct me if I'm wrong please”
