“Always been impressed by the wine and delivery and have placed many orders......however last time I ordered it was delivered to my old address that I moved from 3 years ago. I checked my profile address and back up address and both are correct. No idea why I had to figure out where my wine was. Hopefully back to normal the next time.”

Hi Sean, Sorry to hear your delivery went to your old address. Sometimes if a quick payment is used at checkout the shipping details will default to the address details in that app. If Paypal, Apple Pay or Google pay are used for payment the shipping details will default to the address details in that app. We will look into this for your and follow up with you directly.
