“It was the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. For four consecutive days I stayed in having been told it would be delivered. It never arrived and I am now awaiting a refund. I also was not given the reason for the non-delivery”

Hi Brendan, We’re really sorry to hear about the four-day delay and the lack of delivery details. This is not the level of service we want to provide and I am sorry for this poor journey. Our team will look in to the details of your order and follow up directly with you as well as give feedback to our courier to improve future deliveries. Kind regards, O'Briens Wine Team

“The service is amazing, order in the afternoon/evening and it's shipped and delivered next day in most cases. Their wines are always good quality and well priced and their sales are even better so you can stock up on favourites.”

“I needed to send a hospitality gift to the host of an event that I was not attending. I was going to do flowers but I decided to check out O'Brien's gift selection. The champagne, lobster paté, olive oil aoili and crackers fit the bill perfectly and enabled me to send an upscale gift at a price that worked with my budget. The communication through the process is excellent right up to receiving a photo of the package at the recipient's front door. I have always had good experiences with O'Brien's. It's an easy way for me to order gifts from the States. Highly recommend.”
