“Wine was as ordered and well packaged. However, DPD’s approach was very unsatisfactory. They left the boxes outside our house, unguarded. Given the substantial value of the order, that is really concerning and I would hesitate to make more orders with O’Briens for fear of the wine being stolen next time.”
