“I found shopping in O Briens, Galway Shopping Centre to be a very satisfying experience. The manager and assistant manager did everything possible to facilitate my orders and with such kindness. I couldn't have asked for more. I am very grateful. I couldn't recommend them more highly. E. O Donohue”

“Unbelievably speedy delivery. On impulse, rather than visit my supermarket for my weekend supply of wines, I browsed the O’Briens website. I selected a nice mix of wines which i would not normally find at my local supermarket and they are perfect.”

“I Had no issues ordering online. Everything was very straightforward and with fast delivery. This was a gift and my friend wasn't home so he did not get it on the first attempt but everything worked smoothly.”

“Terrible and unnecessary amount of hard cardboard/pulp cardboard packaging especially when the delivery is being made by van courier. I said the same thing in my last review. I got no feedback and obviously you haven't changed. I get that it is aimed at reducing breakage risk etc, but it is very customer unfriendly and environmentally wasteful given that the wine already comes to you packed in cardboard boxes. I will not be buying delivered wine orders from you again. Oh, and the wine itself was ok.”
