“Wish I could give 5 stars but although 8 thought the set is a good value for money and the gift was well appreciated by my friends, O’Briens need to change delivery company as an idiot driver from dpd just dumped the box of wine outside a random house - completely different number than my friends’ house and just left a picture of the box and the drain outside the house as a ‘proof’ of delivery. It was extremely stressful and wasted a few hours of my time and my friends time to locate the parcel and only due to pure luck and the honesty of the neighbour who actually found it by their door that my friends actually eventually received it. I still was charged delivery fee which i feel should have been refunded to me on top of apology which i received from O’Briens.”
