“I ordered wine online for my brother on 16th December for Christmas (9 days before Christmas delivery should be 3 to 4 days). The wine was not delivered until 29th December. I was unable to contact O'Briens buy phone or email until after Christmas. They do not understand why I am upset. What if your Christmas present never arrived for your family on Christmas Day.”

Hi Evelyn, We’re really sorry to hear your wine didn’t arrive in time for Christmas and that you had trouble getting through to us due to our offices being closed for the holidays. The order was replaced as soon as the office was reopened and delivered two days later. Apologies the order was delayed, we did work as quicky as possible to replace the delivery as soon as possible.
