“Unfortunately I did not receive this order. I am following up with DPD. It definitely did not arrive and the proof of delivery photo is very generic with no name and address. It did not arrive in the usual location for deliveries, the concierge office. Unless someone bogus signed for it. Therefore I cannot comment on these lovely wines. This is not O Brien's fault directly but it will affect future customer transactions. I am a regular customer and I am reluctant to order anything in future. If I am out of pocket, not having received the order, is a question of trust. Perhaps you may forward this message or direct me to a customer email. Best regards David”

“Fintan our wine consultant is good. We went to the Beacon south quarter branch, we have been looking for Asti Martini here in dublin, he was so good that he gave us tips and suggested us what Asti we should buy. Goood service.”
