“Online system great but delivery not so good. No great notice about delivery day - just an approximation. Then 8 minuttes notice of delivery in the next hour. I thought the free delivery would be useful but I'll stick with Click and Collect.”

“Big problem with delivery. It was delivered to wrong address. Not what you expect when you pay euro9 for delivery You eventually allowed us to pick up the bottle at a store. So I’m out 9 euto”

“I sent a selection of whiskey and wine to family members in Ireland. The delivery was as always amazingly prompt and efficient and the recipients seemed very happy with everything, although I doubt they have drunk any of it yet!”
