“The delivery was not given to the address I have written. So I called the customer service and asked. The lady who pick up the phone not willing to tell me who she is, but she is a completely racist who keep shouting at me, insisting that it is my own responsibility to find out where the parcel has been delivered because she is not the person who I paid the money to. She hang up the phone during my calls. Very bad customer service. It took me the whole afternoon try to find out where the parcel has been delivered to.”
