“First time trying this wine, I was told about it and gave it a go. Perfect for a sunny day after chilling the bottle a couple hours. Great addition to my collection.The delivery was better than expected, arriving the next day. Can’t wait to order again! Well done 👍”

“Wine was left outside electric gates on the street as no one was at home and was not in its protective box just in the cones. Anyone could have walked off with the wine. This poor level of delivery would prevent me from further use of delivery which I have used multiple times in the past.”

This is not acceptable, and we’ll escalate this with our delivery team to prevent it from happening again. No delivery should be left outside any property. These are high value restricted items. “On line service worked seamlessly again and is now my main method of buying from O'Briens. The service is excellent Choice and quality of wines is perfect for easy drinking and wines for parties etc. Regular wine sales are a good incentive to order - but a little disappointing that some wines are only available by click and collect and not by delivery?”
