“I ordered a christmas gift for my father online which he never received and was shipped by courier, DPD. I have contacted O Brien's both by phone and by email and have not recieved a reply. This is very disappointing.”

“Wine arrived very fast - but it’s a pity you can’t transfer between shops - as there was no Muga available in galway and any amount in Dublin Stores - The lady I spoke to was so helpful and I got my order when it came available in your online store”

“I ordered 7 bottles and only 6 were delivered, when I informed O'Briens, they sent another bottle, however it was not the bottle that was missing. will not be using this service again and will not recommend it to others.”
