“Great delivery- on time and safe. Would just love an option to send multiple bottles as gifts to the same address but with individual messages for each receipient. At the moment, you need to check out each bottle separately to ensure they get the right message. Merri”

“A little disappointing, as I had to follow up where my order was, it transpired the delivery driver damaged the box. The order then wasn't available in warehouse, but was available by click & collect, which was arranged promptly, but I ended up having to go to collect rather than delivered to door. Wasn't big, but it ended up costing me more and O'Briens less”

“Online system great but delivery not so good. No great notice about delivery day - just an approximation. Then 8 minuttes notice of delivery in the next hour. I thought the free delivery would be useful but I'll stick with Click and Collect.”
