Hi Anne, Thanks for letting us know. We’re really sorry the carrier has delivered to the wrong door repeatedly, especially given your situation. We’ll flag this with our delivery partners to help prevent this in the future. If you contact us before an order is made we can try and clarify with our couriers the correct location before delivery. Kind regards, O'Briens Wine Team

Hi Cyril, Thank you for taking the time to give this feedback. Sorry to hear your order was left at the doorstop. These orders are high value and restricted items. The expectation for delivery is they are delivered directly to someone over 18. Apologies this was not the case in your delivery experience. I have contacted our courier company directly to give feedback and improve services. Kind regards, O'Briens Wine Team
