“The wine was great. However, I thought I was getting pickup at store, I was a bit shocked when I realised it wasn't and I was hit with a delivery charge even though I did pick it up from a store. Also, I queried it and then responded again to which I got no reply. That has really annoyed me.”

Hi Adrian, Thank you for your review and we are so happy you loved the wine! Unfortunately, store pickup is not a service we currently provide. There is only a delivery option at the checkout online, regardless of what address you enter, whether that's a personal address or a stores address.
