Half of my order has still not arrived. I have sent two emails to the address provided with the order confirmation asking for an update and have not received a reply from either. This is not what I’ve experienced in the past so I’m disappointed in the service and also concerned about the rest of the order that I’ve paid for.

The online service is dreadful. I placed my order 8 days ago with a promise to deliver within 1 to 3 working days. Tracking my order, it shows it still with O’Briens awaiting collection by the courier. Emailed O’Briens 3 days ago, no response. Sort out your logistics please

Nice selection at reasonable prices. Biggest problem is delivery: driver ignores video doorbell, taps gently on the door (once) and leaves a large carton of wine value €150 , clearly labelled as “O’Briens Wines” on the doorstep, and departs. Every time.

O'Briens wine was very prompt at delivering my wine consignment. It was a present so I haven't tasted the wine myself. The problem was with the courier service: DPD. The first time slot they gave me was Friday 14/11/2025. There was someone in at that time, but the consignment was sent back to the depot and not delivered. It did get there Monday 17/11. The delivery was on time, but not delivering it on the first try caused some stress and frustration.

Fast and efficient service and great value too. Unfortunately box of 12 wines was left in the porch even though there was someone (over 18) indoors waiting for the order to arrive. Bottom of box was partially open as the sealing tape was torn. I would give 5 stars for quality and value of the wines and speed of delivery but an open box and leaving the box in the porch unfortunately downgrades this review to 3 stars.

I ordered my Christmas wines from O'Briens this year instead of traipsing around supermarkets and dragging them home. The wines are really well described and explained on the website and I received my order within 36 hours. The cost was also equal to what I would pay elsewhere and also saved my shoe leather!! I will definitely go back to O'Briens online again. Great service 👏
