I placed an order on Thursday hoping to have it delivered for a gathering on Saturday but order didn’t arrive to Monday. Definitely must easier and quicker to pop in to the shop!

Dear Customer, I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the delivery time frame All orders are dispatched in the order in which they are placed. Please note that the majority of our orders are currently taking 2- 3 working days to complete, this does not include weekends or national holidays. Delivery was slow, placed the order on 7/7 and only arrived today 14/7 just in time for the event we ordered it for. If delivered any later we would have had to repurchase elsewhere.

I did not receive the three bottles of Júlia Florista Branco. Instead there were three bottles of Wildflower Sauvingnon Blanc from Romania. What can you do to replace these with what I actually ordered.

The order was left under a window at the front of the house and a note left in the the door saying that is where it was. Normally it is left in the Porch and they knock on the door. We are not sure how long it was there but there would have been teenage children passing the house. This is irresponsible delivery of alcohol.

The delivery has been made. Unfortunately it is not what I ordered which is twice the price. The French Classic was ordered but the Italian is what has just been delivered, Can you rectify this please or how..??? All other aspects of the order were excellent.

I was happy with the speed of delivery but the packaging for securing the bottles destroyed the boxes the limited edition whiskey came in. It was very disappointing that the whiskey was secured in boxing only meant for exposed bottles, not for whiskey that comes in a box. They were intended as gifts.

I had included a gift message with this delivery but it wasn’t included. Very disappointing as this was a present asking someone to be godfather to our child.

Hello the bottle of wine was a present for my brothers 50th the ordering and delivery fast. I only have one complaint based on the fact it was a present and a message was given. The presentation was embarrassing he received the one quite expensive l thought bottle of wine in a box that was for Six bottles. Which l think was very disappointing and not very nice to receive considering my bill was for postage and packaging from a shop l would have had a high regards for l will think again before using very upset and let down Bernadette carter

Hi, I added a gift note to this delivery and it wasn't added. Its quite disappointing as I think the champagne may have also been delivered with the receipt when I explicitly tagged it as being a gift. Disappointing gifting service.

The wine is good but the delivery timeline is far too long. I really don't expect to wait 5 days for delivery of a box of wine when the warehouse is located 1 hour away. Really advise you to improve this turn around time.

It took 5 days to deliver the case of wine including multiple calls to UPS. The O'Briens website did not make clear how long it would take or give options for a faster delivery. However, Lorcan was very helpful in resolving the situation.

The online tasting pack was not there: only the ancillary 4 bottles ordered??

Dear Dermot. Thank you for your order and apologies for the confusion. To ensure there was no delay with those ancillary bottles, they were shipped from our warehouse ASAP. The John Wilson tasting pack is being made up in our warehouse and will follow shortly. It will be delivered in plenty of time for the tasting. I got the parcel but I did not sign for it as I was not contacted when it was delivered. as my eircode does not identify the exact house and often results in parcels being delivered to neighbours. It isn’t good enough to be putting neighbors in that position, especially in the current situation.
