Disappointed as gift box arrived broken

I ordered through your app but it did not apply the 25% reduction so I was charged the full amount on that order as you can see . I fed this information back to the store manager in ballybrack last week but have heard nothing back . So overall a disappointing experience

Excellent service; delivered next day, earlier than quoted and on my friend’s birthday which was perfect. As for the wine I cannot say as she hasn’t opened it yet but she is looking forward to it. Will definitely use you again, a perfect solution for gifts across the water. Thank you 🍾

One delievery not made. It was very embarassing as there were two hapers to two people in one office and one did not receive theirs.

Ordered multiple bottles of champagne with presentation boxes but when they were delivered the boxes were not included in the delivery.

Opened the first bottle of the Marques de Riscal Reserva and the cork broke, cork very dry. Looks like the wine hasn't been stored correctly. Should i drink it?

The delivery itself was excellent as always but your customer response time leaves very much to be desired . I rang your H.O. at this stage it must be well over a week or so and in response to the automated response ,left a message and asked for somebody to call me back having left my name and number . The requested return calls has still not materialised which to me is indicative of not just poor but also very unprofessional customer respect and service . The issue I wanted to discuss was my inability to submit my last order via your app and I would say this is far from the first time I have experienced problems with your app as your records, if maintained,will confirm . When I attempted to place the order the app just ' hung ' and would not allow me to do so . I tried on a number of occasions at different times and the result was the same . I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the result was the very same . I then opted to reinput my 15 bottle order via your website which took unnecessary time . On this occasion I was able to check out but what I was unable to do was to pay via my preferred method ie PayPal . Once again it went through a hanging process before eventually informing me that an error had occurred and to try again later . Once again I attempted to do so on a number of occasions but with the same result . Eventually I had no alternative but to close out using my credit card which was not my preference at the time as I had credit in my PayPal account . I would also add that I experienced the very same PayPal issue on a previous occasion and reported it to you by telephone having first confirmed that there was no impending issue on the PayPal side following their investigation. In summary , let me again emphasise that my rating is not related to the delivery aspect of the order as it was excellent not least the superb service of DPD but it is entirely directed to the customer service aspect and for that matter also the technical issue relating to your app and the payment aspect on your website is PayPal which as I can readily issue is not a once off and has not been addressed or resolved since I reported it to you in the past .

DPD dropped the wine outside my neighbour's door with no advance communication Neither I or my neighbour was at home and the wine was left in full view of the road I had to cut short a meeting to get home in case it was stolen I emailed DPD and have had no response Worst service and i would like a comment back from O Briens

The wine and your service was very good as always, but the courier abandoned the box on a pillar at the front of the house which is unsecure and also could have fallen.

I got no notice of impending delivery. There was nobody in when the delivery arrived. It was left by side gate (which was fine) provided a written note of delivery was posted in letterbox or via email or text. Delivered found some time later rather wet after remaining outside for perhaps 24 hours. Delivery was fully intact. W

I like full bodied smooth dark fruit reds. I have had lovely French Malbecs , but I found this french Malbec to be the dryest I have tried, It lacked fruit flavours .

Very good champagne. Delivery took too long. More than 3 days! I was expecting same day and just couple of hours.

I've looked into this and I can see your order was placed on Sunday, dispatched on Monday and arrived on Tuesday. DPD failed to deliver on Friday last as they said they had an incomplete address. I note that they did not have my eircode. The did however have my telephone number as they were able to send me a text to say they would deliver but no call was received regarding the address. The delivery was made on Monday.

I got thid emil wine was delivered. So starting looking all over to see if the driver had left it some where on property. I called in to OBriens and no delivery was made ?

Champagne was delivered to wrong address on the scheduled day - after much liaison/emails etc was eventually successfully delivered around 4-5 days later!
