Order was sent to me rather than intended recipient. I altered delivery address on line but this was not sent to DPD MOS

Nice store to visit and buy. Buying online, however, is a guessing game for your delivery. We received a UPS email Friday and on Monday without any notice, UPS attempted to deliver. Missed us and we could easily have been there had they phoned or agreed a time window for delivery. We then had to go to a Parcel Motel to collect our wines. We may as well have driven to O'Briens and collected our order. Please O'Briens change to DPD, much better delivery service for your great wines. DPD text a window time of approx 1 hour duration that they will deliver allowing us customers to have a life and get about our work without missing a delivery

Normally 5+ stars when you used DPD previously. DPD early notification of date and time. Excellent. Allowing for somebody to be in to receive delivery. This order was placed Thursday delivered Monday. In the past, I would normally receive order by weekend. No notification from UPS they would deliver Monday. Therefore no one at home to receive Monday's delivery. Delivered Tuesday. But no indication that it would be delivered Tuesday.

Not sure if things were shipped in 2 different boxes, but I ordered 14 bottles of wine and only received 12. The box we received clearly had 2 sections of 6 slots packed over and under the bottles (can take a picture, if needed), but no other “second” box that had the additional 2 bottles. After auditing against the full list, I am missing the Emiliana Coyam Organic Red and the Segun-Manuel Savigny Goudelettes White.

This was again delivered to the wrong house. The eircode on the address given precisely identifies this house on the eircide site. Google maps etc don’t and the couriers should be aware of this

I ordered two Christmas presents. One was delivered in time for Christmas the other was delivered to day after many e mails and phone calls. This was disappointing . I had a similar experience last Feb having had several successful deliveries for Christmas 2020. O Briens sorted it in the end. Many thanks.

The wine is a gift so I can't comment on it but I was very disappointed in the card which was with it. Could a small decorative gift card not have been attached instead of the large very drab card which I threw away as I would not give that to anyone

Arrived on time but whiskey bottle outer boxes were in poor condition and label on brandy was peeling in corner. Wouldn’t normally mind but these were bought as gifts so it is disappointing and have never had a similar issue with O’Briens in the past.

This delivery took place on Monday 30th but I only managed to collect it today Friday 3rd September. The delivery driver left it at the wrong house over a mile from mine and in full view of passers by. Your new delivery company have up to now delivered to my door, so it must be a new driver. Can you please take this up as it's not satisfactory. John S D Madden

Received the whiskey I ordered quickly, and easy website to use, though the birthday gift card sticker was just thrown onto the card wonky and crinkled. After spending close to €80 with you for this birthday gift, a little more care could have been taken. Looks rushed
