The wine was great. However, I thought I was getting pickup at store, I was a bit shocked when I realised it wasn't and I was hit with a delivery charge even though I did pick it up from a store. Also, I queried it and then responded again to which I got no reply. That has really annoyed me.

Hi Adrian, Thank you for your review and we are so happy you loved the wine! Unfortunately, store pickup is not a service we currently provide. There is only a delivery option at the checkout online, regardless of what address you enter, whether that's a personal address or a stores address. Delivery poor. they just left this rather expensive wine on wall! - no contact . Not tasted the wine as yet

Wine choice was fantastic, gift for new home owners, but unfortunately DPD delivered to wrong address again, not the first time they have let OBriens down but thankfully the wrong address was recognised and the wine was collected.... but great wine choice

the service itself is satisfactory however there is far too much packaging used. I always think twice about ordering on line as a result.

Delivery left outside our gate by the footpath at 23:50 at night !!!! Surprisingly it was this there in the morning!! Will not be ordering on line again!!!! From what I tasted the wines are fine.

The wine was the right vineyard but the vintage was 2018 and not 2015 as was ordered.bit disappointing.

I have no issue with the products, they were exactly as I ordered. I do have an issue with your courier company, the driver placed the box in my porch but made no attempt to ring the door bell or knock on the door, for the value of the product he should do this

Service was fine, but personally didn't particularly like the Blason Du Rhone Chat. Du Pape, which was reduced from €37.95 to € 26.95 - Havent yet tasted the Ch. La Claymore!

I spoke with a lady and asked for a Message to be included for a 60 th birthday, the wine arrived with no message , the recipient had to ring your offices to find out it was from me, disappointing!

While the order was complete the packaging was unacceptable. One carton had about 9 bottles that were loose in the carton. In general the packaging is very secure, however its disposal is an issue. Perhpas O'Brien's could counsider accepting packaging back for reuse or recycling

It is one thing that we aim to pride ourselves on is safe and secure packaging for our customers. Unfortunately, we do not have a process for recovering the packaging at this time. We apologise for its bulky nature but as a company, we have committed to reducing our footprint with our packaging and so do not use single-use plastic in our shipping. Please note that the outer box is fully recyclable and the inner 'egg carton' packaging is fully compostable. I have twice tried to make an order using the App. The checkout page will not load and I then have to log into your web page.
