I am very pleased with my delivery service from ocado. All the staff are very polite and helpful. I like the fact I get a text telling me who will be delivering and the van details. I also haven't had many unavailable items. Exchange is also quick and easy.

Drivers always cheerful. Only one late delivery when I wasn't informed. I would like a text about delivery by 7,30. Food always fresh. Find web site a little difficult to follow when I need new items

In general the delivery persons are extremely good, polite and helpful. Keeping to delivery slots, while not perfect, is good. We have often had to complain about badly packed bags, leading to damaged fruit, leaky bags, cakes upside down etc. However, although I would rather have well packed and undamaged shopping, Ocado are very good about refunds. It is very rare to have items missing from your shopping and substitutions are infrequent. They sell a good range but I find it VERY annoying when they introduce something new, we try it and find it really good, then in a few months time, stop stocking it with no warning!! If something I buy regularly is no longer stocked I would like to be told about it and offered an alternative. Last time it happened, I decided to change to Sainsbury's but didn't go through with it as their website was such rubbish. Ocado's is much better, although when you look up offers, the back button takes you back nearly to the beginning of the page you were on and if you had been well down it, it takes ages to find your place again, which is very annoying. I have complained about it several times before but to no avail; it seems correcting it is beyond the wit of their tech department.

Ocado should be as green as possible with reasonable prices. Also, working conditions should be good, and fewer emails etc with offers and promotions.

Pleased with the overall service. Delivery time always met, friendly drivers, rarely have missing items or substitutes. Easy to navigate the website. Occasionally use by dates are too early.

In the main a pleasurable experience with polite drivers taking care of the delivery; occasionally, one or two let you down - little communication, customer care or concern for the handling of the shopping. Time management of deliveries is excellent within the slot and the ordering process from the website or the mobile app is great. Thank you.

I like the fact that Very rarely are there any substitutes. The only downside is that they send too many emails

90% of the time ocado are excellent. Always on time. And helpful drivers. But I have found some products get damaged so easily. I have had a jar of mint sauce but no mint sauce it was empty. I recently had a sandwich filling dilievered with no lid. Snd mushrooms which the packet was open. But on the whole they are good.

I LOVE: The choice of products The App, It's so easy to use The offers and that it's easy to see when your favourites are on offer 99 percent of drivers are polite and helpful I HATE: When they repeatedly make packing errors, either by packing heavy items with light ones causing leaks Or by just sending the wrong item. I'm hoping they continue to make improvements because when things go right its the best online grocery shop...and I've tried them all!

Until a recent in interaction with your call centre I would have put very good. I had a very bad experience with a very rude person...... One of the managers sorted it out, but after seven years of using you it did make me question my further relationship with you.

Overall the service is very good. The drivers are always cheerful and helpful and bring my shopping in when my hands are full of baby! My only criticism is the packing. Nearly every week something leaks and cannot be used and damages other things. Last week carpet cleaner was put in the same bag as kitchen roll. It leaked ruining the kitchen roll. Although I got a refund I then had to go to a shop to buy kitchen roll which defeats the object of getting my shopping delivered. It costs me more in time and nuisance. Another week I had cream leak everywhere including my carpet which the bag was placed on. I then had to spend time cleaning as well and did not have the cream I needed for that nights dinner. A lot more to me and energy wasted. Please rethink your packing guidelines and maybe put more delicate items such as cream separate to heavy items.

Reliable and nothings too much trouble. Even if I've missed a delivery, they'll do all they can to re-deliver.

I enjoy shopping with Ocado but find the sell by dates are often too short with a number of items running out within 2/3 days - no good if you're trying to plan meals for a few days. Packing raw meat with chilled items is not good and packing 1 item in a bag then charging 5p for it is ridiculous!

Always very pleased with the service my deliveries and most of the drivers.Very rarely had missing items but twice the wrong product..ie wrong sort of apples or bread so nothing that caused a problem.My main gripe is the packing of the shopping,on several occasions I have received squashed or broken rolls because they have been crammed into bags.I suggest that softer items like bread be placed together,Sometimes a silly item like a bottle of vinegar is in a bag on it's own,so just a bit of thought maybe???

I am very happy generally. There are certain things I don't buy anymore. Eggs because 4 broken out of 12 is unacceptable. Milk because I throw so much away because of a chemical smell. Bread as the use by date is never long enough. However what I do buy is always good quality and delivered with a smile. I must start ordering earlier in the week as there were no deliveries available today. We've had to go to tesco!!!!! But that my fault for leaving the shop until late last night. As I already said, generally very happy. Thank you.

I have shopped with Ocado on a weekly basis now for about 3 years. In general they are very good. however, the only reason I have marked them good instead of very good is because I think the way they are packed for delivery could be improved. ( ie. items put together in same bag, occasionally the odd item gets crushed ). This said, the few times I have had to phone and complain , customer services sort the problem out immediately. Very easy to shop, the drivers are very helpful and friendly. They now charge the 5p for carrier bags as do other shops the plus side though is that they refund this amount when you return the bags .

On time deliveries, easy refunds (if needed), good customer service. Good website, set out well & easy to use. Great offers, great range of products. Have used other retailers but Ocado wins hands down. Def recommended.

Stop using so many bags. Some are packed to the limit. Others have one item in them
