I bloody love Ocado. Place an order on the Monday and it turns up on the Tuesday delivered right to the door. The drivers are always friendly and helpful and offer to bring it in if I need them to (I always say no because I could do with the step count but it’s kind of them to offer). They always have a really good selection of items and unlike Sainsbury’s or Tesco, they pick substitutions that are sensible and not ‘I ordered a bag of carrots but got a bottle of wine!’ :) Plus, save your bags and give them to the driver next time and you get 5p back per bag - not getting that with Morrisons are you! And don’t even get me started on the little game of ‘which van will turn up’. Personally I love a plum van but my husband loves a Percy pig one!

Fabulous, I've never had any issues they have a huge organic range of fruit, and Veg is always fresh and looks healthy by far the best supermarket about

The delivery drivers go out of their way to be helpful. Always very pleasant. Always on schedule. Ocado must have a good H.R. dept in choosing them. Food is excellent quality, inc M&S (a bonus).

Have used Ocado for the past 5 years now. They have always arrived on time, drivers are always very nice and polite. We have had a couple issues where items have been missing from the delivery but are always refunded the difference when we call up. Customer service is always very polite and helpful and quick to answer.

I have ordered from here a few times in the past but stopped because I couldn't afford the prices. I recently placed an order after a year or 2 as the Ocado was the only store who had them. I also have to say that they always have stock of their advertised products. Anyway the items didn't agree with me. And I sent an email, the response I got wasn't very good. So I emailed again and I recieved a phone call where they are aged collection of my items at a time that was convenient to me. They explained that they are a warehouse and can't always refund some things because they are a warehouse but they were able to help me. Such accommodating, friendly knowledgable service from beginning to end. Thank you for being so understanding and empathetic to the situation with me and the products (which obviously they didn't manufacture) but they took the loss. If the prices were not as high, I would shop here more often. They don't even charge delivery fees. I will try shop here more often on the months I can afford it.

Benjamin my delivery driver was fabulous! Winchester. I have had my food delivered by Ocado for nearly 3 years. I have nothing but total praise and satisfaction from Ocado. Its great value, if you work full time, its a one stop shop if you want it, like me!! Tonight, just wanted to give a shout out for Benjamin. All my delivery drivers have been fab, but Benjamin just went the extra mile; he was early in my hour slot! Tick! And he was so helpful and thoughtful!! Tick! So win win, keep it up Ocado and team, you are doing a great job, also want to thank the pickers who pick my delivery every week, you guys need a mention, as you get it right every time!! 5 Stars ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Brilliant company. I've had weekly deliveries for past seven months. Delivery always on time 06.45. I've only ever had one substitution. Drivers always polite and helpful, customer services very helpful and pleasant. Quality of everything is amazing. By paying £3.99 monthly for smart pass I get unlimited free deliveries and 10% off certain lines. I am sorry to see so many bad reviews. I am supplied by Andover warehouse. Because of ocado exceptional service I will never shop elsewhere.

Deliveries are always on time, fresh, well packed and delivered by polite, friendly drivers. Never had missing or replaced items. Customer service is extremely good with prompt positive responses.

We have been using Ocado for a few months now and absolutely love it. It's cut my shopping bill right down, never have substitutes, drivers are always on time, polite and the quality of food is amazing. The vouchers from the price promise always work for me too. I won't shop anywhere else now!

Hi we really like Ocado I don't actually understand Amy bad reviews as we had never had 1 item missing ir damaged or a late delivery. The delivery people are so polite too Value wise its great and we Usually have vouchers or money off etc. Food is yummy and I try go for the offers. I do also use marks Spencer value lines and I shop at our local waitrose too. I'm not a high earner But honestly if you are careful you can definitely get some really get deals Love Yr little vans by the way Thanks Michele and Kirk East Sussex And the dogs love their £1 treats They are cheaper than the pound shop..lol

Ocado My first online shopping with Ocado I made my first online shopping with Ocado on Sunday 31st of March abd was told i would not pay for delivery and I would receive discount as a new customer. I was given the delivery date as 2nd of April. The driver, Jamie, came today at 10:00am. He was very polite. He explained how some of my eggs were accidentally cracked, however he was swift to tell me that I would be refunded for the cost of the eggs. I definitely would shop with Ocado, as I like the way certain food items were packed. For example, the 6 granny smith apples were placed in a lovely box 📦 😀 The bill for my shopping 🛍 was good value. I am very happy with ocado's service and goods. I only have a big problem with the website. It is messy, difficult to use and constantly takes one to where IT wants rather than what I want. Also, when placing two separate orders at the same time, it merged the items and was impossible to sort out.

I have always found Ocado to be reliable. Their customer service is excellent. They looked after me very well during the pandemic and continue to do so. I like that they are now comparing prices with Tesco.

The delivery drivers are always polite but I wasn't happy the delivery driver was texting on his phone and I was standing at the front door downstairs for ages waiting for him after I saw his delivery van pull up from my front room window,one of my neighbours knocked on his window on his van to tell him I was waiting for him by my front door for for my food shopping, I'm glad there's not usually substitutes.

I’ve shopped with Ocado for the past 16 years and have been very happy. The drivers are always on time, pleasant and helpful and there are rarely substitutions or goods missing. I think their partnership with Waitrose was better than M&S but that’s due to personal choice. The payment/return system with carrier bags works well. It may be a bit more expensive than some other supermarket deliveries but worth it.

I used Ocado for the first time a few days ago, I found the overall experience good! I like the early or late delivery slots . Ordering was simple to navigate and had a wealth of choice my shopping was packed well and was delivered on time. I will definitely use them again!

I have been using this company for approximately 4 to 5 years. I have never had a single problem with them. In fact, I cannot praise them highly enough. The wide range of food is impressive and the delivery drivers are some of the best in the business. I have used competitors and have sometimes been left with over 10 substitutes on an order, which is not acceptable. I have had breaks in between, but I always end up back with Ocado. So I can only speak as I find and I trust them completely every week with my order. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. I must’ve had over 200 deliveries and cannot remember a single one. That was a bad experience. well done Ocado. Customer service is 2nd to none. I admit they are not the cheapest but they deliver in bags and they give you back 10p for each bag you return for recycling. We as a family order loads of different types of fruit and my daughter particularly loves the Ocado range. In fact we were just talking today about the size of the grapes. They were literally the size of plums and as sweet as could be. we have a very happy daughter after an Ocado delivery! Keep up the good work. We will be using you for a very long time to come.
