“Hiya My Son was so worried about me not getting the groceries from Supermarkets for me. So he decided to look on Sat 28th March on Ocado and found a slot for yesterday 29th. All my groceries on the list arrived promplty by your friendly driver. Thank you so much. I would have struggled to get my favourite things”

“Delivery was prompt and on time, delivery driver Harry was very polite, efficient, organised and friendly. It was the first time I used Ocado online shopping and was so impressed, I have used other supermarkets online shopping before and had never been so satisfied. I would definitely recommend it and will use it again.”

“Ocado always sends my items as if i had picked them out. Sell by dates are within good time. The quality is excellent. The customer service team are amazing! Thank you for finding me a Christmas delivery date on the phone when I went into panic mode. I was just ready to click the buy! but I was so long I lost my slot and they had no more before Christmas! I just love Ocado tried all the rest now sticking to the best! Delivery is always perfect with very helpful drivers.”

“Well what can I say...Ocado is amazing. After about 6 tears of being with Ocado, we decided to try Waitrose home delivery because we like the food and with them leaving Ocado next year we thought we’d give it a go. Big mistake. Their service is no where near the service we receive from Ocado. So I’m happy to say we have come back to Ocado and will not be leaving anytime soon! Keep up the excellent work Ocado!”

“I had one of the nicest delivery drivers today. He was so helpful and couldn't tell me enough what ocardo could do for me etc. Lovely man thank you very much. I will definitely be ordering again because of his positive attitude to ocado and helpfulness to me. Thank you Mircea-Andrei, I hope to see you again. I've read some very bad reviews and I'm hoping that the good food and good customer service I got, continues.”

“I have tried three other supermarket delivery services , and Ocado are , by far the best . They are almost always right on time , they have polite and helpful drivers , and they call in advance if they can arrive earlier .”

“Although the order was slightly mixed up the resolution was proposed and sorted straight away to my satisfaction by Sean Corr. Polite and professional, and asset to the Ocado team. Never had any problems before and will sure to purchase again.”

“Ordered for the second time today and I can’t rate it highly enough. The food is good quality, the app is very responsive and user friendly and the price is not much more than our usual Aldi shop. I like having more time to choose what I want rather than rush round a crowded supermarket with very narrow aisles. You can add items if you forget them and both drivers have arrived on the dot and are extremely polite”

“Reading recent reviews I wonder what on earth has happened to Ocado? I have been using them every week for 15 years and can honestly say I have never had a an issue with them. Polite, helpful drivers; rarely a substitute; almost always within the time slot, so why are so many people disgruntled with them? Personally I wouldn’t use anyone else for my grocery and pet food deliveries! Thank you, Ocado!”

“Neil in the Onion van was an excellent delivery man. He was friendly and helpful, putting the bags where I could reach them easily. Simple things like commenting on my rather vociferous cat and having time to fasten back a stray branch of wisteria over the door made the difference between having a polite but robotic person and a genuine friendly chap delivering the shopping.”
