“Great little online supermarket. Customer Services to delivery drivers, always polite and even when really busy still polite and have time for you. I love that you can get 5p back on your bags and they even take other supermarkets bags too. I always thought Ocado would be expensive but I was wrong. They have some great deals and products in stock more than other supermarkets I have gone to. It’s very rare they give substitute products either. Always receive products very fresh unlike some supermarkets where the food is not up to standard and looks like it needs throwing away on its arrival. Only fault I can find so far is the packing of the products could be better, this is something even one of their van drivers pointed out to me Apart from that I’m less stressed out now with having a hard job of looking after my 27 year old disabled son who has vision impairment, medical problems and severe learning difficulties. As you can imagine it’s a nightmare trying to get round the shops with him especially when packed and customers as well as some staff are stressed out and take it out on others. Some supermarkets I have gone to and spent hundreds of pounds for years I no longer feel at ease with. Some staff are unprofessional and feel some but not all could do with some customer training. It’s not nice that a person spends so much money in a supermarket to be treated with such disrespect and unfortunately because of this I have decided to shop with Ocado a lot of the time rather than go into a store in a good mood and end up coming out quite upset by members if rude staff.. obviously these staff seem to forget its the customer paying their wages. So well done Ocado so good over the months have ordered from you and a loss to others who don’t train their staff to be more understanding and polite to customers. Keep up the good work as online shopping is becoming the future, other supermarkets are slowly going bankrupt which is not surprising in my opinion if customers are not treated with respect they will obviously go else where. I see their has been some bad reviews too on Ocado. All I can say is I’ve had bad experiences in other supermarkets and I have found Ocado less stressful and staff professional. I do understand that things can go wrong sometimes in life. Like I said packing could be better and my shopping was late last night but I phoned customer services where upon they were very oppologetic and I accept this. The driver got caught up in very bad traffic which caused a delay. Because so late I was offered for them to deliver first thing in the morning at no extra delivery cost as it was getting very late. I was also sent a voucher to say sorry for £10 straight away to my email address. Obviously I don’t know what others on here have gone through but can only state my own opinion and circumstances.”

“I have never really trusted online food shops as the delivery normally cost a fortune, you end up with god awful choices and you always have swaps for things you didn’t want. I thought I would try Ocado as a final resort and I’m a changed person! Why I never bothered to use these before I have no idea. It’s easy, the food quality is fantastic and the customer service from the drivers is brilliant. I am never shopping with anyone else. I highly recommend Ocado!”

“Easy to order from, loads of choice and delivered on time. Everything we ordered was as expected or even better. Fresh produce came nice and fresh, and we loved the wild sockeye salmon very much. Also Dover sole was wonderful to eat and the chicken was a winner too. In short: we are convinced...we will use Ocado again and try out new things and reorder the ones we had!”

“Customer service is outstanding I can not fault the delivery guys. Very pleasant and extremely friendly. I can 100% see a massive difference between the delivery service of any other retailer. always on time and they always pop it in the kitchen for me. Other companies such as Tesco or Waitrose are no where near as friendly and make me take the items in one by one or they leave it outside the door for me to bring in which is akward. Ocado staff are so chatty and friendly each and everyone of them.”

“First time order, was a big order so i saved 30% on my whole grocery order, everything was there, orderd for next day and was on time, delivery driver Adam was very polite, explained everything on recipt, also got refund on bags i didnt want :)”

“Ordered my first shop a couple of days ago for delivery today, emails came through detailed and didn't receive a single substitution (amazing considering it was a 100% vegan order). It did arrive an hour early, but wasn't an issue for me and my driver was lovely. Definitely recommend, such an amazing array of products and suddenly feel like I have such a bigger range of vegan meals I can eat! Also used a voucher which brought my order down from £115 to £70! *****”
