“First time I used this online supermarket. Service was fantastic driver was so friendly, explained about the service bags had fridge freezer etc on the bags. The receipt was so helpful as told you the days the food needed to be used. Very happy with this online shop.”

“I have just found Gradz Breads only available at Ocado. Good selection of Gluton free, Rye, etc. they are extremely good. The best breads I’ve tried for ages.”

“Tried Ocado for the first time. They sell some quality products. Was looking for a particular wine that I couldn't get anywhere. They had it. Also good price. Ordered and was delivered by a very polite man - really nice to meet friendly, polite staff. Will be ordering again and hope for the same customer service, so missing from other stores these days.”

“I found my dog's diet food for a great price on Ocado, which would have been almost twice the price somewhere else, and not only was I able to pick a narrow time slot that meant I wouldn't have to wait around for hours at home for the delivery, but the delivery was right on time. Then after I got my delivery I realised I'd ordered too much, something that was 100% my fault so I called to see if I would be able to return some of the dog food, Vicky the customer services rep' was really helpful and friendly, said it wouldn't be an issue and that I could return as much as I wanted, she even offered to call me back so I could work out how much I wanted to return, and then followed up to with another call to let me know someone would be round to come collect the items the next morning. Once again the driver that came to collect the bags of dog food, Richard, was really friendly and helpful. The best customer service experience I've ever had, and the reason for the return wasn't even their fault it was mine.”

“Now using Ocado home delivery service. Good quality food: branded and own brand, easy to use internet site (computer or phone app) and cheaper than my previous supermarket chains. Always a suitable time slot. The driver is always happy to carry bags to the kitchen. Very happy.”

“Very good service for most of the time, there are hiccups now and again but they are reasonably generous with their credit when it happens. What I like most is the really wide range of products available, especially from Waitrose. I am a very happy customer.”

“Fabulous website - easy to access and huge range of foods, including items not readily available elsewhere. They are adventurous in trialling new products. Lots of special offers - real bargains. The delivery service is outstanding. The shopping always arrives within scheduled time and the drivers are so courteous and helpful. The Customer Service is "gold standard". This company gets it right all the time.”
