“Customer service and product very good. Could do with clearer instructions on how to take the capsules, what time of day, before or after meals etc. I asked this question and was told that any time of day is fine but there still needs to be clearer instructions on the label and to say the daily dosage is 5oo mg twice a day, rather than 'two servings, etc which is not that clear. Otherwsie very happy with product”
