I have only been woth Octopus Energy for a little over a year and already, I know I'll never use another energy company. The call handlers are always so friendly, kind and helpful as well as informative, and I always have my query answered and resolved. Today's call with Jess was no exception, she was lovely to speak to and extremely helpful.

I phoned Octopus for help as my current tariff was ending and my call was answered very promptly by a young woman called Sammy. She explained the two different tariffs while I wrote it all down. I misunderstood several times but Sammy was very patient and she cheerfully went over it all again to make sure I had written it all down correctly. I was then able to decide which tariff to select and Sammy input it for me. Call centre staff at Octopus must know that customers can hear a smile in their voice and I certainly heard Sammy’s. As the call ended I was smiling too!

Finally now I am moving into my own place I'm able to sign up for my energy with Octopus. My daughter has been with them for years and has been more than happy with them. Staff on the phone we're very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

Helped me today after a very expensive month ( car breakdown and repairs). Skipped direct debit, just paid the actual bill. Back on track next month🤞🤞 Thanks Terry

The lady answered all my questions with patience and understanding. It was clear that she understood what and why I was asking whilst helping me to forecast what I need to do in the future to make sure that I can keep my account in credit in the future. N. it would be helpful for people like me to receive the Warm Home Discount, as I used to, when Personal Independence Payment was included in the list of benefits allowed for this discount.

As always, Octopus customer service second to none. Today Terry helped me sort out a cheaper tariff and issues with my account since I moved house. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I really wouldn’t use anyone other than Octopus for my electricity mainly because of their transparency and exceptional customer service.

I called about moving to a new fixed duel energy tariff. My call was answered within a couple of minutes. Vic was very helpful, answered all my questions and made the appropriate arrangements for the change to take effect when my current one expires. Sorted! Thank you.

I moved house 3 years ago and there was a mix up with my new address which resulted in two similar addresses showing for my account. I wanted to clear this up and get the incorrect address removed from my account. Beth was the agent that answered my call and she couldn't have been more helpful. Beth had to refer this problem to a superior and take it offline. Within an hour she had emailed me informing me that the matter had been resolved and the incorrect address removed from my account. I am a senior citizen and Beth was so understanding and reassuring. What a star!! I have been with Octopus for 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Well done and please keep it up!
