I replied to an Octopus email with an enquiry. I was so impressed with the prompt reply from Lauryn, who was very personable and efficiently dealt with my enquiry. She was amazing and reassured me that my enquiry had been actioned. She made me realise I am a valued Octopus customer. If that wasn't enough she offered to help with any further enquiries. I.hope hope that any further enquiries I have regarding my Octopus account that i will gave yhe pleasure of reaching put to Lauryn. Thanks Lauryn you are a 🌟

Beth was amazing and super helpful today when I called trying to get some guidance/clarification. She answered all my questions with ease and confidence and I was extremely pleased with that. She contributed to me having a truly wonderful day even though there was no sunshine outside. Keep up the great job Beth!

100% I just wanna call it a really special employee Jay Bradbury to help satisfy a really complicated issue around billing! His knowledge of the system and where to get answers was very clear and I’m gonna recommend him more as asset for people like him to make the experience super breezy

Tried to change tariffs on the app but it went to an error dead-end. Phoned up and was answered by Joe who gave me an exemplary service, great communication skills and carefully and in detail took me through all the stages. Thank you!

Called and spoke to Leila H, she was very professional, helpful and informative. Advised me about the cheaper Octopus 12 month tariff which I have switched to, processed my request for a balance refund and change to a variable direct debit. Excellent 5 star service thank you Leila. Mr Umarji

Called today to check if I'm still on the best rates for me .... After discussing it I think I am. I've been happy with my summer costings so as long as I don't go mad this winter it could be bearable. Let's hope so šŸ¤žšŸ»

Octopus have helped me so much, its brought glimmers of hope & light to me again with how I see humanity & the world. Massive bonus that there's no issues with language/communication barriers which has enabled me to be honest about my situation & what im needing help with, and girl did Octopus support me, specifically these lovely ladies Lucy, Vee & Abbie. They held space, listened, showed compassion & kindness, went above & beyond to offer advice, talk me through what I didn't understand & offer me support for other areas of life's aside from energy supply. I wouldnt want to be with any other energy supplier, the peoples friendly Octopus all the way x
