Spoke to a very nice young lady but unfortunately octopus doesn’t do price match, it’s a great shame that you don’t reward people that use off-peak electricity a little better as we have been using it for years where are some people get free electricity during the day but we don’t ☹️

I had a technical question about my smart meter. The phone was answered quickly by 'Emily'. I was expecting to be bounced around various departments, not so. The lovely Emily knew what she was talking about and resolved my query in a couple of minutes. I couldn't be happier or more impressed. Well done Emily!!

A very pleasant surprise to speak to someone so quickly, who dealt with my query, changed my phone number and put my mind at rest about the amount I am paying of £150 monthly, covers my usage. A brilliant service. Thank you so very much.

Straight forward phone conversation However charging a standing charge in an empty property is ridiculous when it represents 99%+ of the bill

Some time ago I have changed the direct debit account from mine to my wifes' as she will need a proof of address but although on their very difficult to use website and mobile app it looked like it was done they haven't charged her account by now and are waiting till 13th October???!!!Their customer service is bad too. They don't seem to know anything. Their website is bad I will give them many bad reviews online!!!!!! A-68F69173!!!

I signed up with Joe at The Malvern Autumn Show. There was no hard sell, just a really pleasant conversation about the benefits and process of switching to Octopus Energy. He explained everything thoroughly and made the whole experience simple and easy. Very professional, but friendly and fun at the same time. Really happy to be leaving this review for him.

Phone call to Octopus energy as answered quickly and my simple problem was understood and resolved in minutes. Lauryn answered my call and understood immediately what the issue was and resolved it. She was pleasant, polite and helpful. Refreshing to find a solution so quickly.

I was very happy with the help that Emily F gave me today.. Was very helpful and explained things too me, no pressure from her.. Very polite and cheerful.. We both managed to come to a good amount for my bills starting November 2025. Thank you Sue
