My query yesterday was dealt with by Emily F. She was polite and helpful. She explained the reason I had not received last month's bill and I appreciated her honesty. A pleasure to be with Octopus.

My gas meter battery failed which led to my boiler having problems. Mark from Octopus was very helpful and the issue was resolved within 2 hours.

Telephoned Octopus from abroad today and spoke to Terry S re a registration/account/payment issue. He handled it all seemlessly with professionalism and ina very friendly manner which put me at ease. Thank you Terry

I didnot want my payment to change. After discussion with Garima Kumar it was agreed that l will notify Octopus when l need to decrease or increase my payment. Thank you Garima for putting a Notice on my Account re my wishes.

I would like to say a special thank you To Lorcan . He was so helpful and somebody with a heart that cares . I have been so stressed about the worry of paying the bill . I suffered really badly with depression and anxiety and I find it hard to talk to people on the phone about money problems . So I would like to say thank you again for a very special person that you have working for you . Maybe a pay rise or a holiday lol Warren pasquale

Terry S was super helpful. Sorted out something very quickly over the phone which had taken me months to try and do previously. Michael (email) on the other hand was awful and was unable to sort anything from booking a smart meter install, to swapping tarriff. Took 4 months back and forth and he actually did nothing to help. Kept making excuses for a 'team' who needed to followup etc.
