“It was a delight to speak to Emma today. I had had a harrowing experience with my present supplier UW. I swapped from Octopus to this other company about five months ago and have not been satisfied in any way with the customer service. In fact, I have been hugely frustrated until I rang emma this morning and asked if I could rejoin Octopus. She assured me that this could be done without my having to do anything myself and I was extremely pleased and look forward to rejoining Octopus. I can not speak highly enough of her.”
