Amaan was very helpful and dealt with my tariff change query prompting but helped to ensure I got a product that suited me. I have been an octopus customer since 2022 and they always go above and beyond for existing customers. Genuinely love this company.

Spoke to Rachael yesterday in regards to a bill query. She was so lovely, helpful and patient. She didn't rush me off the phone and handled things very efficiently and professionally. Octopus need to retain this employee she is brilliant!

Very good in person service by Hazel over the phone today. It is good Octopus has options 1- Online 2- Use phone key pad 3- Most important we can speak to a real person . She was very helpful and informative and sorted my requests for changes. Thank you

Great service by octopus energy as usual. Love that you deal and connect with a real human being as opposed to the awful AI and chat bots most companies use to save money but clearly now investing in their customers. Ross was clear, transparent with costs about a complicated issue.

Phoned today about a late monthly bill,was helped with my enquiry by Grace who was very helpful and polite and it was a pleasure to be able to hear and understand fully and clearly the answers I received. Five stars from me.

Tayla made it very easy for me to sort out the annual attempt by you to massively increase my d/d and also to request a refund as account manager for an elderly friend, now in a care home, whose account was nearly £900 in credit. I hope this level of service continues.

No I spoke with a lovely lady called Beth. She was helpful in that she gave me all the information I needed to review my tariff and also talked to me with a friendly and empathetic way. She left me feeling valued and I appreciated her listening to me.

Had to update details and was absolutely wonderful unlike DVLA which is like pulling teeth! Octopus are so easy to contact and get back straight away. Moving soon so definitely staying with Octopus! Wonderful correspondence to customer service! They could teach all companies a things or two :)) ausgezeichnet
