Every interaction I have with Octopus is 5 star. A special thanks to Ross who is helping me with my Dads estate electric. The current provider have been just awful. Ross has he so helpful and empathetic about the situation. This is what customer service should be. Thank you again Octopus.

I had a wonderful chat today with a van called one of your agents called Ryan RAIYAN. He was a very helpful young man and I appreciate all he has done for me looking forward. I’m pleased to be a new customer of Octopus Energy Raiyan was very helpful very courteous And very informative.

Never chose to go with this company, they took over She'll Energy and I ended up with them. Eventually moved to British Gas, received their final bill which was paid but almost a year and half later, they started harassing me to say there is a balance of £1600 outstanding!!!!! I sent them evidence but they continued to chase. I'm suffering from significant health issues and I made them aware a few times as my treatment is intense . They continued to bombard me with threats via. Email and text. Will be making a formal complaint and escalating to the ombudsman. Be careful with this u professional company with their thuggery tactics.

They took the trouble to sort out the issue I was having in transfering out of Octopus intellect flux to the normal tariff and did so with good feedback on progress

We are moving property so was initially concerned about the process from moving from one provider to Octopus. But it was super simple and Emily was great during the phonecall.
