Excellent call with Tom when I requested to be signed up to Octopus. Answered all my questions and nothing a problem to him. Very efficient service. Thanks.

I spoke with Tom and I answered all his questions. This meant I could set up a switch from OVO. I had already switched online for our home address, with Direct Debit from my wife. This information seems not to be in Octopus's system so I will have to ring someone else.

I recently had a call with Zaid regarding my gas and electricity bills, and he was absolutely fantastic. What could have been a stressful situation was made so much easier thanks to his clear communication and helpfulness. He patiently walked me through everything and made sure I understood every step. Couldn't have asked for better help!

Zac was very helpful and certainly knew his stuff, in stark contrast to OVO! He's arranged for us to switch from OVO to Octopus although OVO are now being difficult even though we've cleared the outstanding debt which was caused by OVO in the first place. Thank you Zac.

5 Stars – Seamless Switch and Outstanding Customer Service I recently switched my energy supplier to Octopus Energy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sammy made me smile today. I gave her 2 big issues to deal with, but she listened well and understood my concerns. She was thorougher in her investigation and before we knew it we had a plan of action. With clear instructions on what to do , I soon managed to calculate our new direct debit and we are planning to reduce our credit. Plus return 2 photos to prove we have no gas meter. Thank Sammy.
