“Lauryn quickly answered my call. She was friendly. And dealt with the issue efficiently. Explaining the reasons for the issue. Due to the change in Octopus Go card system. It deleted the joint account bank details and for some reason went back to taking debits from one of my other bank accounts for 3 months. Lauryn made sure the direct debit is coming from our joint account. This was sorted out quickly.”
