I had some issues switching from another provider to Octopus Energy (nothing major) so I called customer services. Thomas was very helpful and professional and he solved my problem in seconds. I must say, he was amazing! Great experience.

Just got my new 12 months fixed off octopus. Was on a 15 month and it was cheaper than the 12 months cap with a 7% off the price cap. My bills should be lower not higher. Its a disgusting Disgrace

I was happy with your representative, Joe because I received an update on both meter readings promptly. Also, I am happy with Octopus energy because at the moment I am on the cheapest tariff which is an added bonus.

Octopus were recommended to me. I spoke to Dexter today. He made everything so easy. He listened and picked up all the details immediately so I could switch to you. He was so friendly, polite and knowledgable. He did exactly what he said he would do. I have had such terrible experiences with customer care before. I was sceptical about transferring over. Dexter made it all so easy. Thankyou so much. It is so good to speak to a person who actually has customer service skills.

Thomas dealt with our switch from Eon to Octopus with great patience and humour and was a brilliant help in guiding me (an old dinosaur where any technology is involved ) through the whole process of changing my energy supplier. I give him a 5 star review

i spoke to Zaid on 2nd July and it was my best experience of my week and he was so lovely and helpful he deserves a raise immediately and i believe he could achieve anything in life he wants.

As normal amazing hassle free service from Octopus, call answered straight away by Pete S who was helpful answered all our questions, advised re DIrect Debit, very happy. Also you never have to go through options ie press 1 for service you require which is a godsend.

Spoke to Tayla I didn’t have to wait long for the phone to be answered, I found her very helpful she had the answer to all my questions on unit and standing charge costs for the next 12 months. Thank you

Absolutely over the moon the advisor emily took my call with no problems whatsoever discussed all prices and adhered to my needs changed me over from eon to octopus energy painlessly with me doing nothing apart from the call also added my referral on also credit to the company 10/10 thankyou emily 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
