I Spoke to a really friendly CS member Thomas, he was very knowledgeable and understanding, even when given lots of information very quickly (Sorry Thomas). He managed to advise on all the different tariffs (maybe he could explain them to a certain individual hehe) and the advantages and disadvantages of each one.
His knowledge and understanding of the older smart meter made it easy to find and provide the information he needed.
He went out of his way to ensure I understood what could happen on the day of the switch and what I would need to do if there were any issues because the change was going through over the weekend.
The whole process of going through the switching process was effortless.
