Octopus as a whole has the worst customer care experience I have experienced in years. Hence the review stars. However, today, I was helped by a young lady called Sam, she was incredible. She sorted out an issue that's been ongoing for months and months, within 3 minutes. She then promised me she would try to get me some help to deal with all the issues that everyone else has ignored. She, of course, can't promise. But she sure as heck tried everything. In my opinion, emails from frustrated customers should be going to Sam@Octopus, because Greg sure as hell doesn't answer them!!! Sam - if they don't make you CEO, they're missing out. Thankyou for listening, actioning and being amazing.

Uzair was funny, warm and reassuring and made the job I had been putting off feel totally stress-free. Made me very happy to be switching to Octopus.

When I called last Thursday I was quite unhappy about the arrangements made to install my smart meters. They fitted the electric meter but couldn’t install the gas meter, even though I had made it clear that there would be problems. Mark was very understanding and assured me that at the next appointment (tomorrow) it will be ok. So far, so good….I don’t want to waste theirs and my time again.

Joseph was excellent.He achieved in 5 minutes what 5 other colleagues failed to doo in 5 separate calls. We merely wanted to have some of our credit refunded. Promised return calls failed to come. Thank you Joseph .

Had a call with Customer service team at Octopus energy .From start to finish what a great experience. Wait time to discuss issue was less than 30 seconds. Had a great discussion with Customer service team member (Terry S) Helpful understanding and reassuring nothing seemed an issue helped with solutions to the issues i mentioned. Described the solutions and help very polity and with a charm voice but ensuring i under stood each step. Thoroughly recommended the customer service team at Octopus Energy

Just came off the phone to yourselves and I spoke to a wonderful person who helped me beyond belief Her name was Toni and I cannot thank her enough. She spoke to me in a wonderful manner, explained what to do , fully understanding that I'm useless with technology. Thank you Toni for your expertise in solving the problem I had, Octopus energy is without doubt the best company to deal with for energy. I'm going nowhere.... Thank you again

I called to give my final meter readings and talked to Felicity who was super efficient and helpful. I was given advice on what was necessary to continue using Octopus as my provider and made the call a pleasure rather than a stressful one. Many thanks
