“First of all Octopus energy sent me an email saying I had failed a credit check and my switch over was on hold. I was really scared because i could think of no reason why that could be. I rang Tom and I was very upset about it. He was very kind and assured me over the phone the credit check was positive. He also sent an email to confirm this.
