Dexter was a calm and reassuring voice. He could tell I was a bit nervous about the process. I appreciated very much just being able to switch over phone as I had so many questions. Thank you Dexter. You are very good at your job!

I was unable to complete the new customer registration with Octopus Energy online as the property had previously been linked to an Octopus account so I had to phone instead. The wait time was very short, around 1 minute, and the Octopus advisor, Tom, helped to get the registration completed in a friendly and efficient manner. The whle process took just 12 minutes which was impressive.

Hi I've just swapped to Octopus energy, Kainaat helped me with all the information needed to help me decide to do the swap. She was very helpful and clear in her telephone manner. As an elderly person we need to have confidence in people and Kainaat certainly gave me that. Thank you.
