Lovely talking to George -he was most helpful to me and very patient , listening quietly to me, even though I was a bit long-winded! he understood straight away and sorted my problem and query immediately . Thank you George, for your help , it was nice to hear a friendly voice and didn’t have to wait too long for the phone to be answered .

I have been with Octopus for several years. Today I spoke to Ben. Received my statement yesterday and I have a high credit but today I received an email advising they were increasing my monthly payment by almost £50. Advised Ben I wanted to remain at my current monthly payment which he accepted. All sorted less than 2 minutes thank you Ben
