Ross from Octopus comes to the rescue once again! I had an issue with a previous supplier and Ross worked tirelessly until the situation was resolved. I have consistently said that Octopus but their customers first, every time. Thank you again for keeping utilities stress free.

I contacted Octopus today (by telephone - my preferred method, so thanks Octopus for having well staffed call centres) to discuss a new fix and Tanya was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in getting me all the data I needed to make a decision and then updating my account to the new 12M Fix and sending out e.mail confirmation of the changes. Perfect.

Had some trouble with the wording of an email and accidentally paid two months worth of bills in just over a week. Niall was very accommodating and patient, really great customer service, I can't thank him enough what a credit he is to the Octopus Energy team, definite management material in the way he handled the situation, give him a raise whilst you're at it!

Switched over to Octopus Energy from a previous supplier as it was highly recommended as being the friendliest and one of the most value for money energy supplier. I was not disappointed. The lovely gentleman who took my call was Tom who explained everything I needed to know, such as all the prices, and instantly it was clear I was saving money by switching over, also I must add that the process of switching over was very easy without any complications whatsoever. I must add that Tom was genuinely very friendly. My only regret is that I should have switched over to Octopus Energy a long time ago. Well done to Tom and the rest of the team and I am certain that I will be a customer of theirs for a very long time. 5 stars all round for the service.

I LOVE Octopus! The customer service is top notch! I have never ever had a bad dealing! Mollie was fabulous 😊. Other companies i stay on hold for 2 hours or more - they definitely need to take some tips from you!

Thomas was very helpful in getting me set up an account, he went through all the options with me and explained that I could change my tariff as soon as I was accepted as a customer. He was friendly and it was a great conversation. Waiting time wasn't very long at all and I feel confident that I can speak to a real human advisor quickly with Octopus!
