I spoke to Izzy to set up an account for gas and electricity. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all the questions I had. She provided a great service .

Dexter Was very patient and kind enough to go thru the options with me. Signed me in with no issues. Excellent Dexter! If only you can assist me everytime. He even apologized for the delays due to my unclear email address dictation to him. I trully appreciate how quick and easy everything was done. I will definetly be with octopus for forever. Plus the wheels are thrilling.

Octopus always comes across as a really decent company. Today I spoke with Dexter on the phone and found him both helpful and friendly. No fuss getting my queries answered.

Switching to Octopus Energy was very simple to do. I got on the phone with one of their customer support team, Kainaat, who was very quick to help and rather understanding. They even recommended the referral scheme for bonus rewards when switching, which I was otherwise not aware of, and also sent over an email to make sure I had the information I needed about how to proceed with said scheme. Overall, exceptional service and would highly recommend Octopus Energy support. Maybe ask for Kainaat in particular! :)

I requested a refund of paid payments. Pete was very good, it was soon sorted. I do this once a year, l can build up the money 💰 to get me through the Winter with No Fears.

For reasons unknown to me, I did not receive last month's (May/June) Electricity bill having received one for Gas. Earlier this morning I looked at my account, and based on what it showed, I queried this with Sidra over the telephone. She kindly sorted the matter out and I can confirm receipt of her email. She was very friendly, helpful and very efficient in handling the matter. Well done to her.

Opening my account was easy - a bit long! - but Thomas was helpful and patient while I searched for information such as last year's actual usage figures. It took a while to discuss why I'd got an email saying my friend Murad would get £50 for introducing me. I do not know anyone called Murad, let alone have a friend by that name, so I reckoned it was some sort of a scam: he said he would talk to your IT people. All in all, very satisfied.
