Areeba was incredibly helpful when switching to octopus energy. She was efficient and clear about all information. She was very patient with me as I gathered all my information and informed us about a referral bonus which was a nice touch. Overall very happy with the service and feel confident joining as an octopus energy customer. Thank you Areeba

I was looking to switch and one simple phone call got me sorted quickly with a very competitive green tariff and payment for my solar panel surplus. Alex, the customer service advisor was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

phoned this morning to ask about my account balance. spoke to a lovely young lady called sudra c. made a nice change to phone a company and actually speak to someone who had a happy personality, instead of the usual grunting down the phone. she explained everything clearly to me and actually lifted my mood up. thank you sudra for brightening my day. and thank you octopus.

I called Octopus yesterday morning & spoke to Sammy. She patiently listed to my reason for calling, arranged for a date for a new smart meter to be installed and answered carefully & clearly my questions. She explained that she would send me additional information to apply for my Smart Export Guarantee and it arrived in my my inbox within a few minutes of finishing the call. She also reminded me to call back again if I had any issues with completing the application. Fantastic service. Thanks Sammy.

Jay Bradbury was excellent. He was very patient as I shared my concerns about different Octopus flux or Octopus Intelligent flux. I discussed the fact that I have a Tesla power wall and solar panels. Jay suggested that there were options and he suggested Intelligent flux because that would make my life easier. I tried talking with Tesla and it all sounded too much. So I have chosen to do Octopus flex because Octopus will provide me with the most efficient service in terms of import and export. I am planning now to try to complete my Octopus Intelligent Flux. Jay helped me to make this decision as I didn't want to have to deal with import and export info. He also suggested that I might possibly need SMETs 2, but felt that the previous SMET should be OK, biut if needed this operation would be quite simple..
