Just moved over to Octopus Energy and it was so easy. Straight through on the phone, gave the rates and terms etc simply and the chap was knowledgeable and quick to complete

Really good customer service from Molly! Just moved in and as a first timer I had no idea how tariffs work or the different meters. Thanks to Molly I’m at much better peace of mind.

I’m a first-time buyer and originally I had signed up with another company but decided I wanted to try Octopus Energy because I’ve heard nothing but good things about them. The team was quick to get a hold of by calling their contact number, the person I spoke to was kind, and patient and explained everything to me. The switch was effortless and within minutes my direction debit was set up and I could easily download the app and set up my account. Already off to a good and comfortable start with the company.

Maariyah was clear precise and friendly and as a result I have switched to Octopus. She gave the sort of customer service which is rare these days.

The phone call was answered quite quickly, although at a busy time. Kainaat was very helpful. My hearing is not too good and she repeated her questions without annoyance. I found her very easy to talk to. I think she is a very patient person. I would be happy to discuss things with her again.

Called Octopus today to make sure I was on the best tariff. Spoke to Jay - he immediately moved me onto a better tariff. Jay also advised me to get a smart meter, to get better deals and to be able to track usage - now all booked in. Really helpful - amazing customer service and advice.

Firstly, my call was picked up within 5 minutes, and I'm usually waiting at least half an hour with other energy companies. Secondly, the specialist, Thomas, was very friendly and kind, complimented my name, and was very clear in his explanation, and most importantly, solved my issue within 5 minutes as well. They really do live up to their reputation for being recommended by Which? for 8 years in a row, mainly for their customer service. Extremely satisfied. Well done.

Dexter was incredibly helpful sorting out an issue with my credit file at my new property. He was friendly, polite and diligent throughout, and the call was answered promptly despite being a new customer!
