Just changed over to Octopus and the process was quick and seamless. The Octopus representative Bal was most helpful with my queries. It’s refreshing to get such excellent customer service from a utility company, the others could learn a lot from Octopus.

I just moved to a new place. Adam Talman was very helpful. He knew his job well and answered all my questions well and explained me very well too. I am very happy with his service.

By calling me back to correct the error made with regards to me being able to keep my existing fixed tariff when I move to a new address. Ella hadn’t realized I could do this and had previously advised that I couldn’t. But then quickly called back when she realised I could.

Today I spoke to a gentleman called Andy regarding changing my flexible tariff to a fixed 16 month tariff, he was very helpful and informative, and I have now moved to the fixed tariff. Thanks

I telephoned on the off chance to sign up because we have had solar panels and battery fitted. I was advised I needed to be an Octopus customer first, that was organised very quickly and everything was explained fully with documentation to follow. at all times I was dealt with kindness and professionalism. Happiness is not having to pay for energy but that is not ever going to happen. so happy is qualified
