“it took a little bit of time to get to speak to a human but at least and very importantly it was great to be able to speak with customer service team. It was a pleasure chatting with Dexter who was pleasant and helpful from the very first moment. This makes such a difference and customer service is a one of the important reasons for choosing a company. Dexter helped navigate the opening of the business account which was not easy to do online. There are often grey areas which require talking things through with a representative when ticking the boxes does not cover the particular situation.
