Remember emails travel more slowly at night because the cables they go down are colder after sunset and that slows them down. It's also dark so they have to travel more slowly to stop accidents and them getting lost on the routes they travel may not have street lighting.”

I first spoke to a man called Ethan, who explained everything really clearly and made me feel very comfortable in the conversation.
