I spoke with Ollie about updating an existing smart meter, he was extremely helpful and very polite and had sorted an appointment within seconds. Top marks to Ollie for customer service. Thank you

Thank you for the quick response in dealing with our concerns over an increase in monthly payments. The lady we spoke to at Octopus dealt with introducing the new payment very quickly, confirming via email and also putting a confirmation letter in the post to my mother. Many thanks. Trevor.

Octopus have been amazing supporting me whilst having surgery and navigating a diagnosis of Endometriosis. Leiah not only signposted me to resources and reassured me of future help but she kindly sent me get well flowers. Thank you Octopus!

Most excellent and technically competent advice about smart meters and tariffs from Niall on the phone today. All my questions answered, and great to be treated like a technically competent adult, and to be able to converse in a coherent manner with mutual intelligibility. Please, never offshore your Customer Service.

Spoke to a gentleman today by phone, I wanted to keep my payments the same after Octopus were about to reduce my payments because of my existing credit, he was extremely efficient and helpful and told me the customers wishes always comes first, what a change from customer services usual difficult to understand staff

Your customer service person I spoke to was very experienced and provided me with the relevant advice I required to make an informed decision. She obviously has been trained to placed the customers concerns above the company's needs, which is a definite change of policy, this can only mean that more customers stay or return to Octupus.

I was annoyed that Octopus had put my direct debit up without consulting me. However, the client services person i spoke to today was charming and helpful and sorted everything out for me very efficiently.
