My phone call was answered within a minute and the advisor (Waverley) was courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout. She was able to answer all my questions and provide me with re-assurance that both my existing and new account would continue/commence as required. First class service, many thanks.

I had some questions re the best tariff for me. My call was answered by Grace who explained everything I needed to know. I was a little unsure about all the figures she quoted but when I told her I was 80 she explained in terms I could understand, so helpful. (Help The Aged)! I did forget to ask if I use my appliances during the night does it work out cheaper. If someone could let me know I would be grateful. Thank you.

Listened and acted upon the issue. I felt assured that this had been a one off issue. Sadly I was cut off (signal went ) I understand that Jay had tried to ring back but I was already with another adviser. He took the time to message the next adviser to enable to me to continue seamlessly. Thank you Jay Bradbury. Between the two advisors I was given a reduction in cost, a new tariff, and able to complete everything I needed. Thank you guys compared to other company’s you are amazing and soooooo helpful. I rang because I noticed on my last bill that I had been billed for economy 7 instead of flat rate. I spoke to Joy and she sorted my problem immediately and was very helpful. I did tell her this on the phone . It was the best experience I have ever had with an energy company and I have had several in the past .Thank you again I will recommend you to my friends.

I had experienced problems with my type 1 In-home display (smart meter) as it was displaying patently obviously inaccurate information. George, the customer advisor, introduced me to the Octopus "mini" and sent me a helpful link to the registration page. I am now looking forward to hearing from Octopus and receipt of my "mini" when it arrives. The service provided was exemplary.
