“I rang up earlier today and spoke with Mark at The Octopus Energy team. He was very insightful and helped reassure me about receiving my Warm Home Discount.
One thing I mentioned it would be good if customers like myself can spread the Warm Home Discount out between Dec-Feb, the coldest months in winter, rather than using it up in one go to pay an entire months bill for November when it’s issued and paid into my account.
An idea would be, the Warm Home Discount is paid into my Octopus account but I can put it aside inside my Octopus Account and decide when I receive my next bill for Dec and up till Feb which amounts from my Warm Home Discount to pay towards my monthly bill. Basically, to be able as an Octopus customer to decide how to spread those payments out during the winter months, using my Warm Home Discount. I like to have the flexibility to do this. Thanks.”
“I am very happy with Octopus as every time I have contacted them, I was able to speak to someone within 3 minutes unlike my previous utilities supplier which I will have to wait on the line for a minimum of 25 minutes. I also find them very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Keep the good work”

I’ve been with Octopus Energy for several years, and one thing that has always stood out to me is their supportive and understanding approach, especially during times of difficulty. They truly have a great team, and today’s interaction with Emily reminded me why I continue to stay with Octopus. 🐙
Also their monthly “Spin the Wheel” feature when submitting your meter readings is a great touch — I’ve even won a few pounds here and there! Excellent company and brilliant customer service. Highly recommend!”
