Mark quickly understood the 2 accounts problem and updated the data base. So now I can control both accounts using one email address. You couldn't do this with Shell and BG. He also updated both accounts to the fixed tariff. When the line dropped out he immediately phoned back Excellent service

Mollie, the person I got to help me on the phone was brilliant in helping me set everything up for our new home will be recommending octopus to my friends as really good customer service and good rates :)

I had been on the website to try and get a quote for my domestic garage supply but it came up with a problem, so I rang and got through to Adam who was ultra helpful and whilst he couldn't resolve the issue there and then, he gave good advice as to what to ask my existing provider with the hope of getting a resolution so I can move the supply over to Octopus in the near future. As I was on the phone, Adam was also able to move me over to a fixed deal for my house supply and sort my billing query. So different from my experience with UW who I go around and round in circles with. But with Octopus, the service is very friendly, very helpful and much appreciated - thank you Adam! Give the man a raise/bonus/day off!!

Mandy really helped my solve my problem quickly. After a initial bad experience from the first 2 people I spoke to who just kepted redirecting me. So thank you Mandy for being so helpful and quick to resolve

Dexter explained everything in detail in such away that myself and my wife understood . Also the full prosess changing from my present supplier to octopus and potentially any issues that could arise and what this would mean to me . Dexter was polite curtious and spoke slowly as i have hearing issues and made swaping easy thank you Dexter .
