Jacob answered all my questions patiently and sorted out my query quickly and efficiently. I used the link I was sent to switch my tariff and connect my EV and charger without any difficulty. Brilliant service thank you.

Just had conversation with Evie regarding an issue with one of my rental properties Responded very promptly and resolved the issue in no time Great service! Although I have been with Octopus, for a number of years, [main residence]have always found them to respond with emails within 24 hours and responses when calling them is very prompt. A very Happy new year to Evie and all the staff at Octopus

Spoken to Mark today as my fixed rate expires on 2nd January. He was really helpful & went through the difference between the flexible & the new fixed rate that would take over on the 2nd. Also with the fixed I can change at any time & will be advised on my bill if there is a cheaper rate. Thank you Mark ypu couldn’t have been more helpful. Happy New year to you x

Spoke with Preetpal and asked for advice regarding the varying tariffs on offer and he was able to help and provide an immediate solution. I received an e-mail straight away to confirm the changes - you cannot ask for better service than that. He even gave me advice how things may vary in the future. A very satisfied customer!

Today 22nd Dec, my gas meter failed and stopped providing gas to the house. I rang Octopus at 11am, they scheduled an emergency visit and by 1:30pm they had fitted a new gas meter and got my heating working again. Phenomenal service, and over the Christmas break too! Shoutout to George!
