I am so pleased that I used Octopus for all my energy needs. They are truly amazing. The customer service is great, I can't fault them.

Yesterday I contacted Octopus energy as when I submitted my gas & electric meter readings I stupidly put my gas reading into both gas & electric reading ( no idea what I was thinking) anyway when I received my monthly statement and reading I was now £800+ in debt instead of usually being in credit I rang customer service and a lovely chap called Sam took the correct electric reading and sorted my energy account accordingly. Quick, polite and professional service, well done Octopus.

I needed help setting up an account, after trying unsuccessfully on line - because of some unusual features of the account we needed. Thomas was scrupulously polite, friendly, efficient and very obliging - going to extra lengths to help me out, and sorting out all my queries with cheerful ease. Thank you Thomas! Also, the fixed rate tariff Octopus provided gave us significant savings over the one offered by our previous supplier. So thank you Octopus too!

First class service as ever! Isabella K was amazing, dealing efficiently with a couple of complex issues without a fuss. Extremely patient and informative. She is a credit to herself and the company. An ethical company which take time to listen and provide bespoke support and guidance

Made very easy to contact and very short time on waiting for someone to answer the phone .On wishing to consider a new contract it was very easy explained by Mandy at Octopus on the price and duration on the the new contract and on my agreement I recieved an email confirming this within a few seconds job done .

I decided to make the punge & switch energy supplies. What can I say I chose Octopus energy the lady I spoke to was fantastic helpful understanding explained everything to me step by step so friendly well mannered I can't fault her. I would highly recommend Octopus energy just for how friendly this lady was let alone the prices are a lot cheaper than most energy suppliers. I look forward to a long & fruitful relationship with octopus energy & hope that all staff are as friendly & helpful as this lady was today
